Minimum wages (2012)
This year a minimum wage will increase gradually. There will be five increases. Starting January 1, minimum wage is 1073 UAH (in the hourly rate - 6.43 UAH). From 1st April – 1094 UAH (in the hourly rate - 6.56 UAH). From 1st July – 1102 UAH (in the hourly rate - 6.61 UAH). From 1st October – 1118 UAH (in the hourly rate - 6.70 UAH). From 1st December – 1134 UAH (in the hourly rate - 6.80 UAH). (Article 13 of the Law of Ukraine On State Budget of Ukraine for 2012 dated 22.12.2011, No 4282- VI).
